You may request a return if:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
Note: Items not in their original condition, or returned after 14 days, will not be eligible.
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items.
Exchanges are available for a different size, color, or replacement item (based on stock availability).
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return or exchange:

Provide the following details:
Your order number
A short description of the issue
Clear photos (if the item is defective/damaged)
Our team will review your request and guide you with the next steps.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our policy.
If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items → Return label provided, shipping is free.
Customer Remorse (e.g., wrong size, change of mind) → Customer pays for return shipping.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
You may receive a refund if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Your return/exchange request meets all conditions and is made within 14 days.
Shipping charges (unless due to our error).
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
They include the product price + applicable taxes.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear.
