1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is placed, preparation begins immediately to ensure fast dispatch.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We currently offer two delivery options across the United Kingdom:

Standard Delivery (3–5 Business Days)

  • £1.99 for orders under £20

  • FREE for orders over £20

48-Hour Express Delivery (2 Business Days)

  • £3.99 for all orders

Delivery time is calculated from the day your order is shipped (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. Daily Order Cutoff

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT) are processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across the United Kingdom only.

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable and trusted carriers to ensure fast and safe delivery, including:

  • Royal Mail

  • DPD

  • Hermes / Evri

  • DHL

The carrier is selected automatically based on order weight, size, and destination.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
AntonioClayton is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

  • For urgent changes before shipping, please contact us immediately we’ll do our best to assist if the order hasn’t been dispatched.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Keep all packaging materials and provide clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
