Eligibility for Returns You may request a return if: The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. The request is made within 14 days of delivery. Note: Items not in their original condition, or returned after 14 days, will not be eligible. Exchanges We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items. Exchanges are available for a different size, color, or replacement item (based on stock availability).
